Live Gathering Dates

For each live gathering, you’ll have two options to join us:

Tuesdays are our daytime gatherings
11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Mountain Time

Wednesdays are our evening gatherings
6:00–8:00 p.m. Mountain Time

Ideally, you’ll choose either the daytime or evening gathering and stay with that group throughout the program, so there’s continuity within the container. But we know life happens, so both options will be available, and all gatherings will also be recorded and posted in the community portal.

What Each Gathering Will Include

Each two-hour live gathering will include:

🍂 Teaching and conversation

🍂 Guided reflection and embodied practices

🍂 Time for questions and group discussion

🍂 Practices and prompts to carry with you between sessions

🍂 A recording for anyone who cannot attend live or would like to revisit the conversation

You will also have access to a private community portal where we can continue the conversation, share reflections, and ask questions between gatherings.

Why I’m Keeping This Series Affordable

I truly believe midlife women who are connected to the power of their Yang Feminine can change the world.

I want this work to be accessible, and I want to help create the kind of community where we can explore this phase of life together.

For now, this is a one-time, four-series live offering.

The series may eventually be available as a recorded course, but this may be the only time I offer it live.
